If you use the assessment form, we collect your name, work email, company, job title and anything you write in the message. We also receive technical details that come with a normal website visit, such as browser type and the page requested. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
We use the form details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss our services. The legal basis for people in the EU and UK is steps toward a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you sent us. We do not use this form to build a marketing list, and we do not sell personal information.
Submissions are stored by our host, Netlify, and emailed to info@fultonfrancis.com. Netlify processes that data in the United States. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities if the law requires it. Staff in our offices, including the United Kingdom, may see an enquiry so we can respond.
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of that conversation, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will respond within one month.
